Al Masjid an-Nabawi Expansion

Al Masjid an-Nabawi Sharif and the immediate area around it have undergone much transformation over the past fourteen centuries.

Well, the transformation journey does not stop there! In 2012 the government approved plans to extend the Haram Al Masjid an-Nabawi Sharif, as well as Quba Masjid.  And as you can see, development work has now begun and this will totally transform the landscape as we know it. This will inevitably result in land owners closer to the haram being compensated for their loss of land.  In turn the same land owners will invest in land that they can find in the closest proximity to the Haram.  Low availability of open space and land within the inner ring road, coupled with ongoing development activity will inshaAllah result in land within Madinah sharif gaining value in the coming years.  This is good news for our up and coming projects, as well as future development initiatives, and Allah knows best.
